Dunning Flow

In WeGive, the Dunning Flow automatically sends up to four consecutive reminder emails to donors whose recurring payments keep failing. To enable it, go to Settings → Organization → Enable Dunning Flow and select Yes.
Next, under Engagement → Triggers, activate and customize your Recurring Installment Failed messages. You can use all four or just a few, depending on your preference.

Each time a donor’s recurring payment fails, they’ll receive your customized messages until they update their payment method in their Donor Portal, which removes them from the Dunning Flow.
Admins can also manually exit a donor from the flow in their Supporter Record by clicking Exit Dunning Flow.

This helps recover failed recurring donations and maintain consistent supporter revenue.
