- How supporters can update their preferences in the donor portal under the Preferences tab
- Viewing and toggling communication list subscriptions on and off
- How to manage preferences from the dashboard via the Engage tab on a supporter record
- Setting global opt-outs like Do Not Contact, Do Not Email, Do Not Text, and Do Not Mail
- Understanding how preferences are synced between the supporter portal and the dashboard
