Getting Help with the WeGive Help Center

In this course, you’ll learn how to access support through the WeGive Help Center, including live chat, our knowledge base, the ticket desk, and public roadmap.

We’ll cover:

  • Using the chatbot to ask questions or create a new support request
  • Receiving AI responses and requesting a human rep by typing “transfer”
  • Viewing and managing your support conversations
  • Accessing the Knowledge Base for step-by-step help articles
