In WeGive, you can create Scheduled Reports to automatically send recurring exports of your data—so you don’t have to manually pull reports each week or month.

To get started, open the table you want to report on (such as Supporters or Payments), and apply any filters you’d like. For example, you can filter for new supporters created within the last 30 days.

Once your filters are set, click Create Scheduled Report, give your report a name, select how often it should run (daily, weekly, monthly), and choose whether you’d like WeGive to email you when it’s ready.

You’ll also select the fields you want included in your export and confirm your schedule. When the report runs, you’ll receive an email containing a link to a downloadable CSV, and the file will also appear in your Data Exports table automatically.

This allows you to automate recurring reports, stay up-to-date on key activity, and reduce time spent pulling manual data exports.
