Engage Tab

In this course, you’ll learn how to navigate the Engage tab on a supporter record to view and manage all communications and preferences.

Viewing the supporter’s full message history, including emails, texts, DMs, and platform messages

Managing donor portal logins — adding, removing, or resetting access
