Managing Recurring Plans

In this course, you’ll learn how to manage recurring donation plans in WeGive — keeping donor commitments on track and up to date.

We’ll cover:

• Filtering and finding recurring plans from the Payments section
• Navigating the Recurring Plan View Page and understanding installments
• Editing plan details like amount, frequency, next giving date, end date, and payment method
• Pausing or deleting plans — and understanding the difference between them
• Charging a single installment manually when needed, such as after a failed payment
• Updating payment methods to ensure future installments succeed
• Accessing the full Recurring Plans table for a high-level view of all active plans
