Charging a Donor Manually

In this course, you’ll learn how to manually charge a donor directly from the WeGive dashboard.

We’ll walk through:

• Charging a donor from the Payments table or Supporter record
• Entering the donation amount and key details like campaign, designation, or fundraiser
• Selecting or adding the payment method
• Choosing one-time or recurring frequency, start date, and optional charge date/time
• Adding a tribute gift, if applicable
• Finalizing and submitting the charge
